Our team's unique blend of principal investing, deep operational experience spanning several sectors and exemplary implementation experience enables it to render strong strategic and operational inputs while staying engaged on a long term basis with portfolio companies. The company is realistic and patient about how development of the portfolio companies unfolds, and possesses the ability to advise portfolio companies through all stages of growth, from start-up through to IPO or strategic sale.
We believe in working through an active partnership based model and most often take board seats. While we do not seek to engage operationally in management, we expect to provide active guidance and assist with appropriate relationships and network in growing the portfolio company's business.
After the initial analysis an investment proposal, a term sheet is issued within a time frame depending on the complexity of the business model, followed by 6-8 weeks to complete due diligence, investment documentation and disburse capital. |
